Question:What is the distance/height from the lower rack and the upper heating element?

Answer:The height from the wire rack to the top heating elements is approximately 3 inches.

Question:Can it hold a quarter sheet pan?

Answer:The Oven includes a 13" x 13" sheet pan. The height of the interior of this machine is approximately 3".

Question:In the bake mode does this act like a conventional oven (no air, just heat) or is it like a convection oven?

Answer:It baked just like a conventional oven.

Question:What is the sear plate made of and is there a non stick coating on it?

Answer:The sear plate is made of a heavy cast steel pan that does have a non stick coating and the stainless side runners to slide it into the Ninja rack guides.

Question:What is the height of this oven when flipped and not in use? It says 15 inches depth but what about the flip stand? does that add additional height?

Answer:The flipped height, counter to highest point, is 15 1/4”. as for depth, you’ll need 19 1/2” deep counter since it needs empty space behind it to flip up. The protruding Start/Stop button also turns on the device so for safety reasons you want some additional space than the numbers above.
