Question: Can you fold this flat for storage?
Answer: You would have to take some screws and other pieces out/apart. It would take some time to do just as setting up, but I would recommend just keeping it in one piece once put together. It comes in the box flat. But this is very heavy. It is not like the thin wire fold able ones.

Question: Why put a kennel on wheels if it can’t be easily moved from room to room? Can anyone offer input?
Answer: The wheels offer the ability to move it from room to room for sure! I also find them great for when I vacuum! It's is a heavy kennel about 80lbs? and the wheels provide great service to move it

Question: Is this big enough for 190lbs mastiff?
Answer: Yes I believe it is. I use mine for a Shar pei but there is plenty of room. This has been best crate I have ever owned

Question: What is the clearance between crate bottom and floor (for vacuuming/ cleaning under)?
Answer: About 3”, I have to move it to clean underneath.
